Special Note Regarding Walgreens Pharmacies
Walgreens is not a covered pharmacy for Advantage Health Plans Trust. Members of AHPTs MUST use an in-network pharmacy. Out-of-network pharmacy claims are non-covered. However, almost all other chains and independent pharmacies are within network.
