AHP is community bankers. It is a self-funded multiple-employer plan. This means that it is not-for-profit and is run by your own peer bankers. There is no insurance company behind our logo; it is community bankers, just like you, and The Kempton Company who is hired to manage the day-to-day operations of the Trust.

With Advantage Health Plans:

• You choose the plan that fits you best
• Plans are designed and work specifically for community banks and their employees
• Plans are run by Trustees who participate in the plan themselves
• All money paid into the Trust stays in the Trust... AHP doesn't work for profits

With an Insurance Company

• One-size fits none
• You have no say in Plan changes
• Rates will never be reduced

Whether you need comprehensive medical coverage or a voluntary product such as vision coverage for your employees, you can Trust that all of our products come with the same excellent customer service and bank focus we strive to provide every day. All of these products are offered on one consolidated bill, and you call just one number with any questions you might have. We also assist you by offering both HIPAA administration and COBRA administration at no cost to you.
