Health Reform Updates by Maria Robles Meyers, Esq.
Maria Robles Meyers has served as legal counsel for AHP and The Kempton Group since 1988. She has extensive experience with the myriad of laws, regulations and enforcement activities of the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and state insurance departments as they affect employer benefit programs. Ms. Robles Meyers obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
