Welcome to Advantage Health Plans Trust, a not-for-profit health benefit solution owned by and designed specifically for community banks. Our plans are tailored to the specific needs of each bank or financial institution, and are governed by a member-elected Board of Trustees.
Health Benefit Program Tailored to Community Banks
Advantage Health Plans Trust is not a large insurance carrier, nor are we backed by one.
Instead, we are community bankers who operate a pool of funds contributed directly from our member banks. The plan is self-insured and administered by The Kempton Company instead of corporate health insurance, meaning any realized healthcare savings stay in the plan – further benefitting our members.
