HawkEye Open MRI & Imaging Center, LLC

This provider specializes in: Imaging

Our mission is to provide medical imaging procedures with transparent pricing at a fair market value. We don't mark up our prices to make up for low reimbursement from payors. We offer quick, convenient appointments, and, in many cases, we can perform your exam on the same day that you call. All of our exams are read by a Board Certified Radiologist and the cost of the reading is included in our low, transparent pricing. You will not receive any additional bills from the radiologists.

Open MRI: MRI is used to acquire exquisite images of almost all parts of the body. It is the best way to look at the brain, spinal cord, neck, and joints. This information can be used to diagnose many medical conditions. It can also be used for surgical planning, to measure the outcome of surgery, radiation planning, and to gauge the response to chemotherapy. We use Open MRI so we can image everyone!

We can usually image claustrophobic patients and patients that do not want to squeeze into a tight tube for a closed MRI.

Ultrasound: We are proud to be able to offer general ultrasound, vascular Doppler ultrasound, and OB ultrasound. Ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to evaluate for disease in the abdomen or pelvis, or in the vascular system. OB Ultrasound is used to evaluate the fetus & placenta. Because ultrasound does not use radiation, it is a wonderful diagnostic tool with no known side effects.

Bone Density: This low-dose x-ray procedure takes only a few minutes. It allows measurement of the mineral content in the bones. This information is then used to calculate the risk of osteoporosis, which can lead to spontaneous fractures in the spine and hips. Your doctor may use this information to develop a treatment plan for bone building.

X-Ray: X-Rays are the cornerstone of radiology. They are particularly good for diagnosis of fractures and many other boney conditions, as well as pneumonia, bronchitis, and other pulmonary conditions. They are quick and inexpensive means of obtaining a diagnosis.
