AHP management programs are designed to address responsibility in self-care by improving each participant’s understanding and decision-making skills. These programs will help you get the most out of your healthcare benefits!

Case Management is designed to assist in times of serious illness or injury when a participant may require complex care. Our case managers are registered nurses and are available for support, to answer questions, provide educational materials about the condition and to help you understand and move through the health care system. Case managers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the sole purpose of helping participants and their families through a serious health condition.

Diabetes Management is a free, voluntary program that allows our members to take advantage of educational materials as well as discounted testing supplies and a free glucometer.

The Mother and Child Program is a fantastic option for expectant moms. They have access to a prenatal nurse to answer questions that might arise. The prenatal nurses sometimes are able to catch potentially dangerous conditions more quickly and refer the mother to specialty care. They even receive free baby items for participating!.
